Perfect Burger Sous Vide

Perfect Bacon Cheese Burger

Ingredients (1 burger):

  • 6-8 oz (168-224 g) of freshly ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of olive oil
  • 2 slices of American cheese
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • 1 toasted hamburger bun
  • toppings as desired (tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles)

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) of mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons (10 g) of yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons (10 g) of sweet relish
